Andrew B. Morsman
A native Oklahoman, Andrew B. Morsman was born in Tulsa and raised in Oklahoma City. After graduating from Oklahoma State University where he studied journalism and political science, he attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1984. Andrew began his legal practice in Oklahoma City before moving back to Tulsa in 1986. He is licensed to practice before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and before all state courts in Oklahoma.
Andrew’s practice focuses on defense of personal injury claims and includes general civil litigation as well. He has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and worker’s compensation matters. Andrew has several reported decisions to his name, including Edens v. Clark, 2011 OK 28 and Burd v. Shangri-La, 2003 OK CIV APP 31.
A resident of Jenks, Andrew is married to Brenda Morsman. He has five children and three step-children.
